Returns & Refund Policy
At Deja Nu Limited, we want you to shop with confidence.
Every item we sell is independently authenticated, carefully inspected and accurately described before being offered for sale. As many of our items are individually sourced, we encourage you to read each product description carefully before placing your order.
Your Right to Cancel
If you purchase from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within this 14-day period by emailing returns@dejanu.co.uk.
Once you have notified us, you must return the item within 14 days.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- be returned in the same condition in which they were received;
- not have been worn, washed or altered beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them;
- include all original tags, accessories and packaging where applicable; and
- have the Deja Nu anti-tamper ribbon attached, intact and unaltered.
Returns may be refused if the anti-tamper ribbon has been removed, altered or damaged, unless your return relates to your statutory rights, including where an item is faulty or not as described.
Return Postage
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
We recommend using a fully tracked and appropriately insured delivery service, as returned items remain your responsibility until they are safely received by us.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process any refund due as soon as reasonably practicable.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order.
Any applicable delivery charges will be refunded in accordance with your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at returns@dejanu.co.uk.
Where appropriate, we may request photographs or additional information before advising on the next steps.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of our inventory, we are generally unable to offer exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order, subject to availability.
How to Return an Item
Please do not return any item without contacting us first.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.
