Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Deja Nu Limited.

We are committed to ensuring every order is carefully prepared, securely packaged and delivered with the same attention to detail that goes into selecting every item we sell.


Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Processing

Orders placed before 3:00 pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 3:00 pm, or on weekends or UK public holidays, will normally be dispatched on the next working day.

During exceptionally busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may occasionally be longer. If this happens, we will keep you informed where reasonably possible.


Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery

• £6.95 on orders under £200

Free Delivery

• Free on all orders of £200 or more

The applicable delivery charge will always be shown at checkout before payment is completed.


Delivery Times

Our standard delivery service aims to deliver orders within 1–3 working days following dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather, courier disruption or other unforeseen events.


Tracked Delivery

All orders are sent via DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 with Signature.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


Signature on Delivery

A signature is required on delivery.

This helps protect both our customers and our business when delivering authenticated luxury designer childrenswear.

If no one is available to accept delivery, Royal Mail may attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection in accordance with their procedures.


Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged to help protect your purchase during transit.

We take great care to ensure each item arrives in the condition described at the time of purchase.


Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Whilst we will always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.


Lost, Delayed or Damaged Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, or if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at sales@dejanu.co.uk.

We will work with Royal Mail to investigate the shipment and keep you informed throughout the process.

Where possible, please retain the original packaging and provide photographs if your parcel or its contents have arrived damaged.


Failed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Additional delivery charges may apply where the failed delivery resulted from an incorrect delivery address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts or failure to collect the parcel from Royal Mail.
